There are people that have power over me.But at the same time they don’t. And that person is my parents. They have that power because I love them and i want them to be proud of me. But at the same time i can disobey them.

Obviously my parents are the main people in my life that control what I do. Since birth they have made most of the choices in my life. I think they have that power because they are my parents and they are older than me. In our culture children have to respect their elders, even if they are idiots. Perhaps this is where “the parents have power over their children” comes from.

There are people in my life that have power over what I do, those people would be my siblings. My parents aren’t present and so one of my sisters has power of attorney over me, and if she tells me to get good grades, or to take out the trash I do it. The reason why I listen to her is because she pays all of my bills she pays for the yearly trips to Portland, and all those personal karate sessions. I can’t provide for myself at this age and get an education so I listen to the person who can.
